Key updates include `MicrosoftVersion` to `9.0.11`, `BenchmarkDotNet` to `0.15.6`, `FastEndpoints` to `7.1.1`, and `System.CommandLine` to `2.0.0`. Refactored `DesignTimeDbContextFactoryBase<TDbContext>` to align with the updated `System.CommandLine` API.
